Joe Brucia is a retired CWA administrator who has provided leadership for 36 years at the district, county and State levels of education. He is an honorary life member, Outstanding Service Award recipient and past State President of CASCWA. His innovated mentor programs have been awarded the National Compensatory Education “Certificate of Merit. It was Joe who initiated the Anthony Brucia Success Awards which is now nearing $150,000 in grants given to deserving students.
