Free Speech on campus is a Constitutional Right for Students, or is it?  This session will provide you with background and parameters on when and why schools and school personnel can limit speech.  Administrators and staff who do not understand student’s rights have a good chance of ending up on the nightly news and in a needless legal proceeding.  Many times staff simply do things because that is the way they have always been done.  Students have rights, make sure you are not violating those rights!
