This session provides an opportunity to explore MLK Middle School's creation and use of "Push-In Services" to reduce referrals and suspensions by 82% and 58%, respectively, over a two-year period. Participants will review school data and the leadership moves required to shift adult practices. Topics include de-escalation, PBIS, relational trust, growth mindset, and data conversations.
