Elvira de la Torre is the Interventionist for the Educational Options department in the Kern High School District, where she helps all school in the district conduct home visits. Mrs. de la Torre has been with the district for 15 years, working with out of control teens and their parents and providing parenting classes through out the district. Mrs. de la Torre serves as a member on the Student Attendance Review Board (SARB) and Truancy Reduction & Attendance Coalition of Kern (TRACK).
